Community Flow Classes can be scheduled anytime during the week March 2nd-30th.

Our program offers a comprehensive examination of yoga postures, integrating anatomy and biomechanics to help you understand the structural aspects of the body. We emphasize a trauma-informed approach to foster inclusivity throughout the training process. Our goal is to support you in diving deeper into your personal growth and understanding what excites you about learning, evolving, and sharing with others.

Join us at Solo Yoga, located just one block from the St. Croix River in historic downtown Hudson, WI. Enjoy the charm of this beautiful city with its parks, beaches, over 20 bars and restaurants, and many specialty shops—all within walking distance. There’s always something to discover and enjoy!
