ABOUT US
Solo was born from a vision of bringing inclusive fitness to the community in a down-to-earth way! Initially a yoga studio, we recognized the importance of incorporating diverse forms of movement for all stages of life. This led us to introduce boxing, strength training, and barre classes. Our wide range of class formats allow you to customize your workouts to target key fitness areas: mobility, strength, and cardio. With an open-concept studio featuring both infrared heated and non-heated classes, we provide a comfortable, sun-like warmth and aqua heavy bags for low-impact workouts. Our atmosphere is relaxed, inviting, and enjoyable! We look forward to welcoming you to our studio soon!
