CLASS TYPES

FLOW

One of our OG classes.. This class is geared around refinement of foundational yoga postures and transitions. This class will vary in speed depending on instructor and allow time for exploration and the chance to “get a feel for the flow”. Please note, just because you may be moving at a slow pace during portions of class doesn't mean it's super easy. We will encourage and explore ways to activate in traditional yoga poses and emphasize connection to your breath and movement.

POWER FLOW

Strong, Dynamic and Fluid.. This is Sculpt minus the weights. In this class you can expect a fluid connection between breath and movement that both strengthens and stretches your entire body.

SCULPT

Yoga Sculpt is an energetic practice that combines strength training, endurance and yoga to create a full mind and body workout!! Expect a combination of a high-energy HIIT workout balanced out by the intentional aspects that yoga offers to create more mind-body awareness. Modifications will be offered throughout so the practice will still meet you where you’re at! Some yoga experience is recommended.

RESTORE

This class will combine a gentle flow with restorative practice that promote rejuvenating your body and mind.

YOGABOX

The perfect balance between rhythm, intensity, and mindfulness. The yoga portion of class will move in rhythm with your breath creating fluidity and challenge that is geared around physically preparing your body and mind for the boxing portion of class. The boxing portion of class will start with fundamentals that gradually build toward constant movement and combinations. Work up a sweat, have fun and leave feeling stronger, toned and more energized!

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Good for all levels of experience with a more high intensity focus throughout the yoga and boxing. No boxing experience necessary to attend

CARDIO BOX

Up the intensity for a total body workout with dynamic and full-body strengthening! Class will start with a dynamic warm-up to prepare for nine (three-minute rounds) of boxing with one-minute active rest in between. During each rounds of boxing you will be instructed different combinations and techniques to work on in addition to opportunities to freestyle and mitt work.

Experience LeveL: Beginner friendly. Cardio based workout that you can adapt to your current endurance level by taking breaks as needed. No boxing experience necessary to attend.
