YOGA OVERVIEW

We aren’t your typical yoga studio.  No Sanskrit.  No dogmatic rules.  We are yoga people who don’t identify as “yoga” people.  Instead, we approach yoga as a form of mindful movement which combines breath, movement, and muscle activation to provide your body with increased mobility, strength, AND stability!  Everything you practice on the mat can be taken into your everyday life so you can create lasting changes that you can see/feel from the inside out!

FLOW 1

This class is geared around the refinement of foundational yoga postures and transitions. This class will move at a slower pace allowing time for exploration and the chance to “get a feel for the flow”.   Please note, just because we are moving at a slower pace doesn’t mean it’s super easy.  We will encourage and explore ways to activate in traditional yoga poses and emphasize the connection to your breath and movement.

FLOW 2

Our Flow 1 and then some. In a Flow 2 class, you can expect to move in connection with your breath and experience a sequence of movements that gradually build upon the last for a full body workout that will leave you feeling stretched, strengthened and centered!

HIIT FLOW

The combination of stretching, strengthening and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) for a FUN full-body workout in 30 minutes! Class starts with yoga to get your body moving in preparation for circuit training targeted on specific muscle groups.  Modifications are given throughout class – ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

SCULPT

Yoga Sculpt is an energetic practice that combines strength training, endurance and yoga to create a full mind and body workout!! Expect a combination of a high-energy HIIT workout balanced out by the intentional aspects that yoga offers to create more mind-body awareness. Modifications will be offered throughout so the practice will still meet you where you’re at! Some yoga experience is recommended.

*For sanitary reasons we are currently NOT offering mat or equipment rentals for class.  Please bring with you a yoga mat and any additional props or purchase in-studio before class.
