BOXING BASED WORKOUT OVERVIEW
We aren’t teaching you how to fight, but using boxing techniques for a full-body workout. Each class will consist of a warm-up, where you’ll learn the basic foundation of punches and get your blood pumping with some stretching, light cardio, shadow boxing, and movement, then 6-9 three minute rounds on the Aqua Training Bags®. If it’s your first time in a boxing fitness class, no need to feel intimated…all classes are NO CONTACT, so you don’t have to worry about getting hit!
The combination of opposites combine to give you greater balance both physically and mentally. Class starts with yoga flow focused on deep core activation with your breath, strength training and fluid movement to create greater flexibility AND stability in your body. ! Followed by heavy bag work to get your heart rate up , get out of your head and let go of some stress. Accessible to all experience levels. Strongly encourage to take class at your own pace throughout the yoga and boxing portion of class as it’s meant to challenge your body and mind.
Up the intensity for a total body workout with dynamic and full-body strengthening! Class will start with a dynamic warm-up to prepare for eight (three-minute rounds) of boxing with one-minute active rest in between. During the eight rounds of boxing you will be instructed different combinations and techniques to work on in addition to opportunities to freestyle.
Action packed high intensity full body workout that combines boxing based movements that challenge your entire body in just 30 minutes! Class starts with a dynamic warm-up with a target area you’ll work to prep your body for boxing followed by heavy bag work and active rest in between rounds. Accessible to all experience levels, meant to challenge you but variations are offered throughout to meet your body where it’s at.

- Wrist Wraps (120″ or 180″ Semi Elastic Recommended)
- Boxing Gloves (12-16oz. Heavy Bag Gloves Recommended)
- Water Bottle (Squeezable with gloves on)
- Grip Socks or Gym Shoes (no street shoes please)
WRIST WRAPS AND BAG GLOVES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE IN STUDIO.
*For sanitary reasons, we have temporarily discontinued glove rentals for class. You will need to come with gloves and wraps or purchase some in studio.*
