Paula is a mom, wife and dog owner living in Hudson. She began her yoga journey 7 years ago simply to become more flexible, but quickly found that there were so many other benefits to a regular yoga practice. She received her 200 hour training and started teaching yoga about 3 years ago. She loves being active and uses yoga to not only calm her mind, but also undo some of the damage that daily life can create in the body. She teaches a wide variety of styles, including vinyasa flow, gentle, restorative, yin, and power classes. With an immense love for the Hudson area, she is excited to connect with more people through yoga as a part of the Solo Yoga family!
